Artist Maggs Vibo was reintroduced to Cute Studies while teaching science education in Honolulu, HI. It was at the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum, that the "Meet Doraemon Exhibition" premiered in the United States. Watch as members of the public are taught about KAWAII through the art of Fuiko Fujio (the pen name of the duo Hiroshi Fujimoto and Motoo Abiko) using DORAEMON anime, Manga history, folklore, play, art, and fun. Artist Maggs Vibo featured in production video 1:35 (inside the painting tent) with local children. She then traveled to Tokyo, Sapporro, Yamanouchi, Minobo and elsewhere in Japan to learn more. With the release of Vibo's pieces in the AAW-STRUCK exhibition, learn her curiosity surrounding egg art folklore and origins.
